Q: Where are you located?
A: Fort Worth, Texas 

Q: Do you have a retail store?
A: Not at this time however I am looking into a new location.

Q: Do you sell on Etsy?

A: Not at this time. 

 
Q: Do you use resin and/or vinyl to make your tumblers?

A: No. Scandalous tumblers are created using only the highest quality sublimation inks and papers.

SHIPPING

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, however shipping fees may be adjusted due to current shipping costs at the time of order is placed.

Q: When will my order ship?
A: We try to get items made and shipped out to you within 7 days the longest wait is generally 14 days.

 

CUSTOM ORDERS

Q: Can Sezzle or Afterpay be used for custom orders?

A: Of course, we can create a special listing for you to use the checkout and select Sezzle or Afterpay as your form of payment.
